Andy Necklace Coil

I find them wherever I go – home, office, cafes. Friends bring them to me, too. Plastic bottles empty of their content – water, milk, or any kind of beverage – palettes of colours and shapes that have lost their cause. Quotidian and easy to handle, the pieces made of them are light, airy, and unexpected. Even I am often surprised with their final look. And just like their predecessors, they do not lose their shape, they last, and are washable.

The “ANDY” collection is inspired by Andy Warhol’s quote “art is what you can get away with”. The collection uses empty packages of consumer goods that can be altered in inventive and alluring pieces of art.
