In a fast-forward world everything has to be instant so we miss out on the joy of anticipation, of looking forward to things. In OdeGoods we think that anticipation is a key ingredient in pleasure of any kind. When we look forward to something, imagining how it will be, planning how to enjoy it, getting a little nervous maybe – when the thing actually happens the pleasure is more intense. Therefore, in OdeGoods we decide to slow down and deliver your orders by normal Post.
We offer the following delivery options. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 15 full working days depending on the shipping area.

- EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland:

- Registered + Express: 6.9 EUR

The order should be received along with the confirmation of the credit authorization no later than 12:00 EET; otherwise we will not be able to process your order until the next working day (working days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of the official holidays marked as such in the official calendar.
For security purposes all our delivery methods used require a signature.
We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item but as all OdeGoods products are handcrafted goods might be differences in color, size and shapes. All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through your OdeGoods account and send the faulty goods back to us within 15 days of receiving your order.
If you discover a fault after this time, but within three months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
This depends on the status of your order. Before shipment of your order you can cancel your order or part of it. If your order has already been dispatched then the item(s) will have to be returned once you have received them. In both cases, please initially contact our Customer Care department at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will guide you accordingly.
If you are not happy with your OdeGoods products that were purchased online, you can return items within 14 days of purchase unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Regrettably, earrings, items engraved or soldered cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty. To return purchases made via the Internet, pack the items back in the parcel, include the paperwork and send it back to:

RECEIVING A REFUND
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The debit or credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ODEGOODS. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
